About
In a world of mass consumerism, Wild and Wholesome intends to inspire a healthier lifestyle everywhere.
As such, I have been asked to create branding guidelines that represents the candid foundation of the pet brand. By helping them refine their visual narrative as well as creating physical packaging, I aimed to help bring their identity and story into the spotlight.

Sustainability.
Transparency.
Quality.
These three words describe the pillars that Wild & Wholesome pride themselves on.
By not only prioritizing quality nutrition and sustainable ingredients, they hope to foster a community where pet owners feel empowered to choose what is right for their animal companions.
Driven by a commitment to health and sustainability, Wild and Wholesome aims to educate consumers about the benefits of organic pet care for all pets, making information readily accessible to all, not only for those who have a wider budget.

Why? Simple:
We should not have to break our wallets to improve the quality of our pets' lives.

​Wild and Wholesome has two main obstacles in its way - being able to stand out from known and established competitors while simultaneously educating consumers during their shopping trip.
Many pet brands follow similar trends and compositions, which results in pet stores carrying similar packaging.
If consumers already have their eyes trained for a specific product, how will Wild and Wholesome be brought into the homes of the customer?

When designing for this brand, I wanted to invoke a sense of playfulness and nostalgia. With a name like, "Wild & Wholesome," there is a sort of natural allusion to camping.
By choosing a warm color palette, I wanted to call upon the nostalgia and familiarity of a summer camp to further encourage the feelings of fun, warmth, and wholesomeness.
